It all comes to an End

Ellie had her year-end dance recital on May 17th. She had two performances with a packed house. She was a real trouper. She danced great and looked darling. She loved it all and was a little sad to have it be over. She can't wait for next year.

She is the second from the left here in her tap number.
The song was "Broadway Baby"

This was the very end of the tap number taken from the left side of the stage. She is still second on the left.

This photo came out a little dark since I was farther back when I took it, but she is still pretty cute. She is the one on the left. This was her ballet number.
The song was "Give a Flower (to someone today)".

After the recital was all over we took her out to eat and Red Robin. She really enjoyed that. Notice that Isaac isn't in this family picture? He would never have lasted for two hours! Liam even had a hard time keeping quite.

Speaking of End, Ellie even had the last day of pre-school this month. She is SO excited about going to kindergarten that she can't stop asking when it's time. She doesn't like it when I tell her she has to wait until Liam has his birthday, Mommy has her birthday, and Aunt Heather has the baby before she will start school. I hope she keeps this scholastic enthusiasm going as she gets older.
